From breakfast to your bathroom, staying at the Nemours Hôtel & Appartements means eating locally: bread from Boulangerie des Halles or Grand-Père Jules, homemade cakes, artisanal jams from Dame Cerise (Martigné-Ferchaud), honey from Ruchers du Chevré (Noyal-sur-Vilaine), seasonal flowers from Aquarelle florist or chocolates from Coupel Chocolaterie and Yvan Chevalier.

By working with local artisans and producers, we're supporting the local economy and building lasting relationships. It's a way of offering you much more than just a stay: a real immersion in authenticity and local know-how.

Gentler nights for you... and for the planet

At Nemours Hôtel & Appartements, we make it a point of honour to reduce our ecological impact. 30% of our products (reception, cleaning, food, etc.) are organic and eco-labelled. Our water and energy consumption is well below the average for tourist establishments in France, and we adopt eco-responsible linen management. All our staff are made aware of the importance of eco-actions on a daily basis.

We work with Breizh Papiers to collect and recycle paper, Rennes Métropole to recycle bio-waste, and TooGoodToGo to combat food waste. We also support Les Hôtels Solidaires, to whom we donate forgotten clothes, as well as our old mattresses and furniture, so that they can be redistributed to local associations.

Because every gesture counts, we are convinced that everyone can contribute to preserving our planet, in their own way.

All our suppliers and partners are rigorously selected on the basis of their sustainable commitments.

We offer Ty Bocal de Loscouet sur Meu (22230) jars and vegetarian options.
Most of the drinks on the menu are local and organic.
To protect the environment and above all offer you good air quality, most of the products used for cleaning the hotel are eco-labelled.
Our establishment is completely non-smoking.

Let's sort our waste together: Leave your glass bottles aside, our team will recycle them when we clean your room.
We love water, so let's save it: Remember to limit the length of your shower and not to leave the water running when soaping up or brushing your teeth... Simple reflexes that make all the difference.
Not too hot, not too cold: Before setting off to explore Rennes, remember to turn off the heating (or close the windows) to avoid wasting energy.
