Upon request, Le Nemours Hotel & Appartments will provide you with a copy of your personal data undergoing processing free of charge. The provision of additional copies requested may incur administrative fees.

5.2 - Right to portability of your personal data:
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided to Le Nemours Hotel & Appartments in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit that data to another controller.

5.3 - Right to rectification of your personal data:

Any request regarding the communication, portability, rectification, erasure, or objection to the processing of your personal data must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and specify the address at which Le Nemours Hotel & Appartments may contact the applicant.

Le Nemours Hotel & Appartments undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, objection, or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe, which shall not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
